Optimization of Signal-Code Design Taking Into Account the Peculiarity of Bijection of Spaces During Modulation and Demodulation
In modern telecommunication systems, messages from various sources are converted into digital form, which allows for various transformations to be carried out that increase their noise immunity, as well as to ensure greater efficiency of the system as a whole. In this case, in order to match the spectral characteristics of the digital signal with the frequency characteristics of the communication channel, various methods of discrete modulation are used, converting the digital signal into an analog one. Interference acting in the communication channel distorts the modulated signal, which during demodulation leads to errors, the number of which also depends on the method of matching digital combinations to the corresponding values of the modulated signal. The study of this problem allows for the optimization of the construction of a signal-code structure when choosing a modulation method, taking into account the type and intensity of interference in the communication channel.
