Synchronization of Market, Production and Technological Capabilities of 5G and 6G Networks Based on Monetization Models

Despite the general trend of the unconditional effect of the development of mobile communications of the latest generations, there are significant shortcomings in the mechanisms of investment and monetization of mobile services, affecting the uneven access of users across the regions of the world and the discrepancy between the intellectual requirements of the information society development and market, production and technological capabilities. The task is to analyze the development of mobile networks and technologies, systematize national monetization and investment practices, and develop proposals to ensure synchronization of the development of mobile communications of the latest generations. The solution to the problem is to theoretically substantiate the best monetization and investment models for the development of mobile infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of informatization and intellectualization of society. The proposed target ecosystem model of partner business is not only formalized, but also ensures the parity of all participants in investing in the development of mobile infrastructure and synchronizing the development of mobile communications of the latest generations.
