Study of an Iterative Approach to the Implementation of the MMSE Algorithm

This paper investigates the application of an iterative approach to the implementation of the MMSE algorithm, aimed at reducing computational complexity while maintaining high noise immunity. Two iterative algorithms are proposed for new implementation of MMSE algorithm. The research focuses on <tex>$128 \times 128$</tex> antenna configuration and a multipath data transmission environment. To analyze the effectiveness of the proposed method, 16-QAM modulation is used, which allows for evaluating the impact of the iterative approach on the bit error rate. The results of the analysis, including an assessment of computational complexity and noise immunity, are presented, confirming the potential of using the iterative implementation of the MMSE algorithm in scenarios with high demands for reliability and efficiency in communication systems.
