Radar Portrait Readiness Indicator
An indicator for assessing the readiness of a radar space monitoring station to work with the required accuracy characteristics in the radar portrait mode has been developed for information support for solving the tasks of operational updating of the space catalog in terms of the operability of communication satellites. It is shown that the efficiency of radar portrait building can be increased by selecting the parameters of probing signals taking into account the current non-uniformity of amplitudefrequency characteristics based on the results of estimating the accuracy of spacecraft coordinates measurement. The basic operations of the algorithm of radar readiness assessment for radar portrait construction are presented to control the parameters of the probing signals based on the results of Spearman rank correlation calculation, which provides the best radar accuracy characteristics taking into account the influence of destructive factors on the characteristics of the active phased antenna array receiving and transmitting channels.
