Research on Intelligent Evaluation Method for the Standardization of Distribution Network Feasibility Study Report Based on Rules
The guidelines and standards (GS) that dictate the creation of feasibility study reports for Star Grid projects are a hodgepodge of disparate documents, making it challenging to understand and evaluate these reports. Specific regulations are deeply embedded within these GSs, and furthermore, the rules for similar topics are often inconsistent. As a result, this research proposes a rule-based intelligent assessment methodology aimed at standardizing feasibility study reports within distribution networks, with the goal of improving the efficiency and accuracy of project quality control in these networks. This approach begins with a semi-automatic process to extract structural and nomenclature rules, which are then stored in the Neo4j graph database. Subsequently, these rules are applied to intelligently evaluate the structural integrity and content accuracy of the reports. During the case validation phase, a project from the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) was selected as a test case to assess the applicability and effectiveness of our methodology.
