EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF APPLYING FACILITATION TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF DUAL TRAINING MODEL IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY SETTING

This article evaluates the effectiveness of facilitation technology in improving the quality of dual training model implementation in the university. The relevance of the study is dictated by the need to find strategies that contribute to the strengthening of social partnership between the university and industry in the framework of dual education. The research purpose is to assess the effectiveness of using facilitation technology in improving the quality of dual education implementation in higher education institution. The research focuses on the following: determining the real state of dual education implementation in the university, improving the dual education model based on facilitation technology and assessing the effectiveness of using thereof in education. For this purpose, the following methods were used: express survey, quantitative-qualitative analysis, “Positive Change Summit” facilitation method, Levene's test, as well as methods of assessing the perceptual and actual effectiveness of using facilitation technology in education (resource efficiency and resource capacity). The results indicated the effectiveness of using facilitation technology in adapting the dual education model to the conditions of the Kazakhstani system of higher education. The researchers or practitioners may use the proposed approach in education to enhance employers’ participation in the design and delivery of educational services, as well as to assess the effectiveness of different training modalities.
