Vocational Education Curriculum Optimization and Intelligent Guidance System Based on Big Data
This article explores applying big data and intelligent technology in vocational education to improve instructional quality and learners' learning efficiency. Through an in-depth study of learners' behavior data, curriculum content, and learning effect, this article constructs a set of vocational education curriculum optimization models based on big data and develops the corresponding intelligent guidance system. The system uses advanced data analysis technology and machine learning algorithms to construct a comprehensive portrait of learners and realize individualized course recommendations and learning path planning. The test results show that the intelligent guidance system can improve learners' learning efficiency and grades while improving the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching. Learners are also satisfied with the system and think it provides individualized learning suggestions and resources, which helps them master knowledge and skills better. This provides new methods for improving the instructional quality of vocational education, and also provides strong support for learners' individualized learning.
