VR-Driven Swimming Training Simulation and Effectiveness Evaluation System
In the practice of competitive training, quantitative analysis and evaluation of the process of changes in the performance ability of competitive goals are extremely critical. This process forms the foundation for coaches to perceive training effectiveness, accurately adjust training strategies, and scientifically guide the training process, while also laying a solid foundation for athletes' skill improvement and continuous optimization of their competitive state. With the rapid advancement of technology, the application of virtual reality (VR) technology in the field of physical training is constantly expanding. Especially in swimming training, the training simulation system built based on mature VR technology not only greatly improves training efficiency, but also significantly enhances athletes' risk response and adaptability, opening up new avenues for reshaping athletes' growth environment. This paper proposes an innovative swimming training simulation and effectiveness evaluation system, which deeply integrates VR and deep learning (DL) algorithms, and can track and analyze athletes' movement details, physical energy consumption, and skill application in virtual training in real time. Experimental verification shows that the system not only greatly improves the pertinence and efficiency of swimming training, but also provides solid data support for coaches' training decisions.
