Fusion of Attention Mechanisms in CNN-LSTM Models for Paid Digital Labor Prediction

This is a study of the progressive trend of compensated digital labor, which also introduces a new hybrid framework that merges Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) with Long Short-Term Memory Networks (LSTM), further empowered by an attention mechanism. This integrated framework aims to predict the probability of users of the TikTok Speed APP participating in paid digital activities. By combining the salient feature extraction capabilities of CNNs with the temporal analytical powers of LSTMs, in this work, the model automatically learns important features from the data. More importantly, an attention mechanism has been added to enhance the important information, further improving the predictive performance. Experimental results highlight that the proposed CNN-LSTM-Attention model provides highly effective performance for user-paid digital labor participation prediction, closely matching the ground truth engagement patterns. It also shows a consistent record of minor errors and very high efficacy across various assessment metrics, proving its accuracy and dependability. In all the comparisons made with other models, the methodology suggested constantly outperformed these alternatives in all assessed aspects. This research not only enhances the comprehension of the factors influencing paid digital labor but also provides platforms with a powerful instrument to predict user engagement, hence making strategic decision-making easier and helping plan accordingly.
