Ultrasonographic Findings and Clinical Features of 30 Cases of Intrahepatic PortalSystemic Shunts in Fetuses With Different Outcomes
Most surviving fetuses achieved spontaneous closure and favorable outcomes. Cardiac enlargement, TR, and intracardiac shunts predicted poorer prognosis.
