NFLUENCE OF THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT ON THE RISK OF ROLLOVERS ON FEDERAL HIGHWAYS
The paper develops a theory related to the study of the influence of external factors on the risk of accidents of various types, in particular, the nature of the influence of the external environment on the risk of rollovers is considered using the example of federal highways in the Altai Territory. The period of the day and weather conditions (air temperature, changes in atmospheric pressure and the amount of accumulated precipitation) are considered as the main environmental factors. The theory of relative risk is applied. Environmental conditions have been identified that increase the risk of overturning.
