IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATORY AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ON THE ORGANIZATION OF TRAFFIC IN PLACES WHERE ROAD WORKS ARE CARRIED OUT

The places where road works are carried out are the most dangerous areas on the highway network, and reducing accidents in these places is a priority task of the state and society. As part of this work, a review of the statistics of road accidents (hereinafter referred to as accidents) and regulatory and technical documentation (hereinafter referred to as NTD) on the organization of traffic in places of road work has been carried out. Additionally, for an objective assessment, an analysis of the actual arrangement of these sections on the highway network was carried out. Based on the conducted research, ways to solve the problem of accidents in these areas are proposed.
