Modern trends in innovative management in the field of education Summary The article justifies the need to provide the university with the features of a network organizational form, mechanisms for interaction between business structures in order to improve the quality of training young specialists in terms of skills and personal qualities. To implement these functions, it is justified that the university should become a corporation that will perform new management functions in the system of a new multifunctional network model, becoming the coordinator of the entire education and management network. It also defines the content of the term "systemic management", which means the identification and structuring of the elements of the professional education system, the establishment of their relationships, processes, resources and results.
