History of the Research of Terminology and Terminology Creation in Linguistics Summary A review of theoretical literature devoted to the study and analysis of the terminology system reveals that the formation, evolution, and development of terminology began long before its scientific explanation and the application of a terminology unit to a criterion for terminology. This view shows that terminology can be viewed as an integral part of the linguistic and semantic layer of the literary language. Of course, terminology can be considered the most dynamic linguistic system in the language. Therefore, research in this field is often an area that shows the development of scientific knowledge, how the term is formed, developed and changed. Modern scientific literature has differing views on the subject of terminology. Currently, there is no single and accurate explanation for the word terminology. Terminology may be considered an integral part of the literary language. Terms often appear in literary language on the basis of already existing words.
