The Methodology of Using Task-Based Language Teaching in English at Junior Stages of High Schools Summary The article deals with the task-based language teaching at high schools. It is one of the modern approaches in language learning. Task-based language teaching plays great role in foreign language teaching. One of the beneficial way of this named method is to improve abilities of learners in practical contexts. at that time learners focus on real world situations and develop language skills. In its turn, these tasks are considered to be appropriate and relevant to the daily situations. Students can extend their language competence by means of reading, writing, listening, speaking skills, at the same time they may have an opportunity of using interactive tasks. So, the called method suggests wide range of opportunities of extending and improving the quality of teaching processing. Key words: task, learning, integration, competence, method
