The Ways of Using Competency Based Language Teaching at Language Faculties in ELT Summary The article considers that Competency Based Language Teaching plays great role in Foreign Language Teaching. This approach is based on the outcomes of the learners. The main point here are the expectations of the learners from the learning processing and teachers expectations from the students. Generally, this approach considers output very important at learning process. So, output and competency are the main points for CBLT. We should emphasize that this teaching method is accepted as the principles of application of Competency Based Education. Accountability, management quantification are the main questions in CBLT.
