The Theme of the Second Karabakh War in Elshad Safarli's Lyrics is the Idea of Spiritual Unity and Integrity of the Motherland Summary In the article, the issue of the position of the subject of the second Karabakh war in the lyrics of the poet Elshad Safarli was touched upon, and in this background, the idea-artistic features of the upbringing of the national self-consciousness of the Motherland and the motives of citizenship were investigated. Explanations and analyzes were carried out on a number of specific examples, and their spiritual-aesthetic, home, matherland, country attachment context was defined. In this regard, in the poem "A moment`s dream", the heroic chronicle of the martyred senior lieutenant Vusal Kazimov was referred to as a generalized exemplary history of an Azerbaijani warrior. In the article, a brief analysis of the poem "Blue Distance" was reviewed, the struggle of the Azerbaijani people for the role models of national freedom, moral unity, unity, and the integrity of the Motherland was justified in this poem as a fact of self-awareness and self-affirmation.
