A sustainable anode for Na-ion batteries based on holm oak waste-derived hard carbon and lignin binder
In this work, hard carbon active material and lignin binder were produced from holm oak waste feedstock. The obtained materials were used to prepare bio-based anode materials for sodium ion batteries, with promising rate capability and long cycling stability even at high current rates.
