NATIONAL PROJECTS AND THE FORMATION OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE MOBILIZATION TYPE OF THE MODERN RUSSIAN ECONOMY

The article is devoted to the analysis of the formation of the foundations of the new mobilization economy of Russia, aimed at achieving technological sovereignty and strengthening the country's defense capability. The work of Russian economists is analyzed, justifying the need to modernize economic policy, abandon the monetarist liberal model and strengthen government regulation of the economy. Special attention is paid to the study of the transformation of the national economy towards the development of its mobilization type on the basis of national technological leadership projects.
