Organizational Innovation in Scientific Research during the Evolution of Knowledge Production Model II—Practical Logic of the Construction of New Interdisciplinary Platform for Medical Science

本文基于“知识生产模式II型”理论，探讨交叉学科平台建设对科研组织形态的重构逻辑，提出纵深发展、横向扩张和内涵式演进的交叉学科平台三维发展模型，并结合典型医学院校平台案例解析其运行路径。从有组织科研的视角出发，针对交叉学科平台建设的实践需求，提出具体的建设路径和策略。通过资源和科研力量的集中整合，推动平台以任务驱动为核心，承担重大科研项目，提升原创性创新能力，同时培养具备跨学科背景的复合型人才，为相关领域的可持续发展提供有力的人才支撑。This paper, based on the theory of “Knowledge Production Model Type II”, explores the logic of how interdisciplinary platform construction can reshape the organizational form of scientific research. It proposes a three-dimensional development model for interdisciplinary platforms, encompassing deepening development, horizontal expansion, and connotative evolution. By analyzing typical cases from medical schools, it elucidates their operational paths. From the perspective of organized research, it addresses the practical needs of interdisciplinary platform construction by proposing specific paths and strategies. Through the concentrated integration of resources and research capabilities, the platform is driven by task-oriented initiatives, undertaking major research projects to enhance original innovation capabilities. At the same time, it cultivates interdisciplinary talents with a composite background, providing robust talent support for sustainable development in relevant fields.
