Optimization of Paths for Ideological and Political Education Discourse in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Network Circle

网络圈层基于业缘、趣缘、地缘等特征聚合而成，已经成为当代青年社交的重要栖息地。网络圈层社交虽然在一定程度上能够满足大学生精神文化需求，但也需要警惕因圈层壁垒导致的高校思想政治教育话语主体主导力被弱化，内容吸引力被淡化，策略有效性被虚化等一系列风险。为此可以从优化话语主体、话语内容、话语环境三方面入手，通过塑造思想政治教育工作者网络圈层化形象，联动意见领袖与朋辈群体，强化主体认同；通过创新议题与符号设置，情理交融地进行话语表达，增强话语内容吸引力；通过利用智能技术搭建高校网络互动平台，过滤不良信息来优化话语环境，切实提升高校思想政治教育话语引领力。The network circle is formed based on the characteristics of career, interest, geopoliticality and other characteristics, and has become an important habitat for contemporary youth social interaction. Although online circle social networks can meet the spiritual and cultural needs of college students to a certain extent, we also need to be wary of a series of risks such as weakening the dominance of discourse subjects in colleges and universities’ ideological and political education, which are caused by circle barriers, weakening the attractiveness of content, and blurring the effectiveness of strategy. To this end, we can start from optimizing the discourse subject, discourse content, and discourse environment. By shaping the network circle image of ideological and political educators, linking opinion leaders and peers to strengthen subject identity; by innovating topics and symbol settings, discourse expression is carried out in a blend of emotion and reason, and enhancing the attractiveness of discourse content; by using intelligent technology to build an online interactive platform for colleges and universities, filtering bad information to optimize the discourse environment, and effectively enhance the discourse leadership of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
