YOUTH ADVISORY BODIES AS A FACTOR IN ATTRACTING YOUNG PEOPLE TO THE FIELD OF PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION

The article analyzes the work on the creation and functioning of advisory and advisory bodies under state and municipal authorities and management. The analysis of the normative consolidation of the instruments of participation of the younger generation in the management of the state and society through youth self-government and youth participation is given. The practice of creating and functioning youth councils under the executive and municipal authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan is studied, and positive and problematic aspects in this area are identified.
