The article examines the areas of implementation of innovations and digital technologies in agriculture in Russia and the world. A large number of domestic and foreign sources of scientific literature have been studied, the main processes of agricultural production in which innovative solutions and digital technologies are actively implemented or developed have been identified. The main obstacles and challenges that the industry faces when implementing innovative solutions have been identified.
