Application of multispectral infrared thermal imager in infrared imaging accurate recognition of substation equipment under complex conditions
Under complex working conditions of substation, traditional infrared imaging technology is difficult to meet the demand for accurate identification of equipment status, especially under extreme conditions such as high temperature and electromagnetic interference, resulting in inaccurate fault diagnosis and low operation and maintenance efficiency. In order to cope with the above challenges, this study takes FLIR A8580 MWIR multi-spectral thermal imager as an example to carry out in-depth research on the application points of multi-spectral thermal imager in accurate recognition of infrared imaging equipment in complex working conditions of substation from the aspects of infrared image signal acquisition and construction of abnormal detection model in complex working conditions. The experimental results show that the multispectral infrared thermal imager has excellent performance in the equipment fault identification under different working conditions of substation, and can realize the accurate monitoring of the operation health state of substation equipment.
