Research and design implementation of payload interface testing equipment
In response to the lack of testing equipment for payload interfaces in ground testing, this paper analyzes the actual requirements of testing equipment and proposes system composition, hardware, and software design solutions. The hardware design adopts a modular design approach, with an industrial computer as the core and interface peripheral boards as companions. The software design utilizes the C# + WPF framework to visually display the system status to the testing personnel through charts, models, animations, and other means. The designed testing equipment, composed of both hardware and software, meets the practical usage requirements of payload interfaces in ground testing and exhibits good usability, stability, reliability, and maintainability.
