Design and practice research of intelligent delivery system of biological natural enemies based on UAV

This study aims to design and practice a UAV-based intelligent delivery system for biological natural enemies, in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of biological control. The goal is to design and develop a UAV-based biological natural enemies intelligent delivery system, in order to play a maximum benefit in agricultural production. With the continuous development of agricultural production technology, the prevention and control of diseases and pests has become a key link to ensure the quality and yield of crops. Traditional pesticide spraying methods have some problems, such as low coverage, low efficiency and high cost, and pose potential threats to the environment and human health. The purpose of this study is to achieve the precise delivery of biological natural enemies through UAV technology, improve the efficiency and quality of disease and pest control, reduce agricultural production costs, reduce pesticide use, and promote the green development of agriculture. Through the development of the natural enemy insect delivery device suitable for multi-rotor UAV, the accurate and uniform delivery of adult Parasitotheca floriculata was realized. The device is made of light material and mounted on the UAV. The motor rotation is controlled by remote control to realize the throwing operation of natural enemy insects. We are well aware of the huge application potential of UAV technology in the agricultural field. By designing an intelligent delivery system for biological natural enemies based on UAV, we can realize the large-scale and precise delivery of biological natural enemies and improve the control effect of disease and insect pests. In the test of forest control, the average control effect of adult Parasitodes floricularis on pine brown Longiceps was 49.48%, which significantly reduced the insect population density. In addition, the accuracy and reliability of the delivery device were tested, and the results showed that the system could achieve high efficiency and uniform delivery in complex terrain, and had broad application prospects. This can significantly reduce agricultural production costs, reduce the use of pesticides, and reduce environmental pollution, which is of great significance for ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture. This study provides new ideas and technical support for the application of UAV technology in the field of biological control, and lays a foundation for the realization of green plant protection and sustainable agricultural development.
