Design of remote nursing system for patients with chronic diseases based on Internet of Things
This study plans to build a remote medical consultation platform for chronic disease populations based on Internet of Things technology, enhance the management effect of chronic diseases with the help of real-time tracking and intelligent analysis, use sensor technology to collect patients' blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse and other vital indexes, and use wireless communication technology to transmit data to the cloud for storage and analysis. The system relies on data processing and intelligent technology to track health information in real time and alarm abnormal conditions, and respond quickly when emergency health conditions occur . The survey results show that the system has a keen ability to capture abnormal fluctuations in health data. If the data volume exceeds the preset critical point, the system will automatically activate the alarm function. In the actual application link, the system has obvious advantages in promoting patient self-management, reducing medical expenses, and improving nursing work efficiency. This system can implement all-weather health care for patients with chronic diseases and support nursing workers to implement efficient medical intervention in remote occasions.
