The Development Logic and Dilemma Resolution of Innovative Talent Cultivation Models in Universities from the Perspective of Localization
Nowadays, the structural tension between globalization and localization has given rise to the need for an innovative paradigm of talent cultivation model in higher education. Based on the theoretical content of institutional adaptation and the sociology of knowledge framework, this study has sorted out the many real-life dilemmas of the traditional talent cultivation model in the higher education system in the dimensions of institutional logic, knowledge power, cultural identity, and organizational effectiveness. It also put forward optimization strategies for the various aspects of talent cultivation in colleges and universities in terms of “attracting, educating, retaining, and employing” based on the perspective of localization. Based on the localized perspective, the optimization strategies of “attracting, educating, retaining, and employing” are proposed, i.e., institutional synergy and ecological adaptation mechanism construction, knowledge reproduction and cultural embeddedness reshaping, value symbiosis and organizational commitment strengthening, and innovation driving and system flexibility reengineering. In this way, we clarify the logic of constructing the ecological system of talents in colleges and universities through local education. The article provides theoretical support and practical reference for the modernization of higher education governance and the sustainable development of university talent cultivation.
