Parameter Equivalence Theory of Multiple Parallel Coupled Coils With Internal Resistance Based on s‐Domain

ABSTRACT The parameter equivalence problem of multiple parallel coupled coils is a key and difficult point in circuit analysis. The current research mainly focuses on solving the self‐inductance equivalence problem of multiple parallel coupled coils without internal resistance. The analysis conditions are too ideal, and most of them are solved based on the time domain. In response to the above issues, this paper first analyzed the multiple parallel coupled coils with internal resistance based on the time domain and pointed out the drawback of conventional time‐domain analysis. Then, a parameter equivalence theory for multiple parallel coupled coils with internal resistance based on the s‐domain was proposed. On the premise of considering the internal resistance of each coil, the equivalent resistor and inductor in the s‐domain form of multiple parallel coupled coils were obtained. A subsequent simulation analysis method was designed, and the overall consistency between the theoretical calculation values and the simulation values verified the correctness, feasibility, and reliability of this theory. Finally, the application scenario of this equivalence theory proposed in this paper was expanded, and the equivalent analysis of the copper bar model was conducted. The theoretical values calculated based on the equivalence theory in this paper were almost consistent with the actual values, further verifying the correctness of this theory and the reliability and feasibility of its extended application in practical circuits. The equivalence theory proposed in this paper provides a more reliable and realistic theoretical basis for the calculation, modeling, simulation, and system response analysis of circuits involving multiple parallel coupled coils, filling the research gap in this field and having important theoretical guidance and research value.
