Out of 1799 public and private healthcare establishments of Peshawar division, 280 responses were collected from HR practitioners using structured questionnaires and analyses was done by SPSS and AMOS. Results: The results of this study established that E-HRM practices have a significantly positive effect on SCA of an organization with a positive mediation effect of US and CUI. Conclusion: The study provides constructive insights for HR practitioners in the healthcare sector, highlighting the evolving role of HRM in the digital era.
