A study on 5G-enabled AI marketing for the hyper connected business future
The theoretical conception to be called forth by the present paper will have to explicate the manner in which 5G and artificial intelligence (AI) will go together to restructure marketing practice in the immediate future in accordance with a conceptual framework built on the basis of the Dynamic Capabilities View (DCV), Service-Dominant Logic (SDL), and the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) paradigm. The analysis shows that the 5G architectural support for the high-speed and negligible latency basis in Mauritius is in a position to come up with intelligent, autonomous, and context-sensitive marketing systems in the situation. As an implication, the study puts three themes in the forefront: (1) the ability of organizations to mobilize on-time situational knowledge, (2) the application of predictive customization methods, and (3) the nimbleness of maneuvering in hyperconnected ecosystems. In this way, to explain these considerations to the chief marketing officers, the ethical aspects of infrastructure, and future scenarios that would occur with the use of AI agents powered by 6G in terms of immersive commerce, this paper critically reviews them and hence includes ethical considerations along with technological and strategic analysis. Through this, the study will fill in the gaps of the information systems and digital marketing and present a multi-theoretical approach that can be verified through empirical testing and has the potential of being applied across contiguous sectors. Lastly, it determines the main gaps in the existing research and introduces the possibilities of future investigation of the measure of organizational readiness and creation of the proper set of norms of governance to use the possibilities of the AI-5G transition as a theoretician bellwether and guiding compass towards the next step in your marketing innovation.
