Melioidosis with erythema nodosum: a rare presentation in a traveller returning from the Philippines
Melioidosis is a rarely imported infection with varied clinical manifestations. We report a case of cutaneous, lymph node, and pulmonary melioidosis presenting with erythema nodosum in a traveller returning from the Philippines, underscoring the diagnostic challenges and the need for heightened suspicion in travellers from Southeast Asia.
