Human resource management model based on multi-objective differential evolution and multi-skill scheduling
In project human resource management, multi skilled personnel scheduling and project efficiency optimization are crucial, but they face many challenges. This study proposes an innovative human resource management model that integrates multi-objective differential evolution algorithm and learning curve model, and adopts a multidimensional chromosome encoding scheme for multi skill scheduling. The experimental results show that compared to the single skill model, this model can effectively shorten project duration, reduce human resource costs, and improve skill scores. For example, in a specific experimental dataset, when the project duration is limited to 200 hours, the most suitable labor duration for the plan is 193.8 hours, the human resource cost is 7493 yuan, and the skill score is improved by 268. This provides a scientific basis for enterprises to allocate human resources reasonably and improve project efficiency. By transforming human resource management issues into multi-objective optimization problems, the theoretical system of human resource management has been further enriched. A human resource management model based on multi-objective differential evolution and multi-skill scheduling has been demonstrated to achieve precise scheduling and optimized allocation of human resources, in alignment with the actual needs and strategic goals of enterprises. This approach provides a more scientific and reasonable basis for decision-making in human resource management.
