Structural Thermo-Electromechanical Transient Memory-Dependent Dynamic Response of Multi-Layered Piezoelectric Laminated Composites Based on Cattaneo-Type Piezoelectric Thermoelasticity with Fractional Dual-Phase-Lag Heat Conduction Model

Numerous investigations are currently focusing on the thermo-electromechanical coupling behavior with the extensive application of ultra-fast heating techniques in the micromachining of the piezoelectric ceramics. This paper aims to develop a new Cattaneo-type piezoelectric thermoelasticity model based on fractional dual-phase-lag heat conduction model with non-singular kernels. The proposed model is applied to investigate the structural transient memory-dependent response of multi-layered piezoelectric laminated composites with non-idealized interfacial conditions of the thermal contact resistance and elastic wave impedance. The dimensionless numerical results reveal that the non-singular memory-dependent parameters and material constant ratios significantly influence thermo-electromechanical responses and thermal/elastic wave propagations.
