RUSSIA-CUBA:NEW BILATERAL RELATIONS VECTOR
Bilateral relations between Russia and Cuba have a rich history spanning more than a decade. During this time, they have experienced periods of ups and downs. Currently, mutual cooperation between the two countries is on the rise. Russia's new rapprochement with the Republic of Cuba is primarily due to the geostrategic course chosen in the context of the difficult international situation. This process has made it possible to find new opportunities for cooperation with the island state in the fields of energy, transportation, biotechnology, education, and culture. Currently, bilateral relations between Cuba and Russia are considered strategic. Based on these circumstances, we can speak of a new vector of bilateral relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Cuba.
