In the context of accelerating globalization and rapid digital transformation, this paper examines the role of digital technologies in helping multinational companies navigate challenges such as cultural differences, policy risks, as well as the strategic tension between globalization and localization. Digital advancements, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, are fundamentally reshaping international trade and operating models and have profound implications for global business strategies. In particular, this paper investigates how multinational enterprises can employ digital transformation to tackle globalization challenges, with a focus on enhancing agility, cultural adaptability, and risk management capabilities. By combining a literature review with case studies of Amazon and Alibaba, it also analyzes the strategies adopted by leading companies to address these challenges.
