DISTRIBUTION OF THE MATERIAL IN THE ROUGH LAYER OF ELECTRODEPOSITED METALS

The work carried out studies aimed at clarifying the nature of the distribution of the material in the rough layer. The profile of the galvanic deposit is analyzed, and based on the conclusions drawn, the equation of the reference curve is obtained. A practical confirmation of the validity of the obtained theoretical dependencies has been carried out. The measurements were carried out on electrodeposited coatings of copper, zinc and chromium of various thicknesses.
