Problematic Aspects of Modern Telecommunications Enterprise Management: Current Trends

The article examines the strategic guidelines for the development of telecommunications enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The main trends characteristic of the telecommunications sector during wartime are identified, with emphasis on adaptation processes and technological challenges. A system of indicators is proposed for monitoring the financial condition and market position of companies, enabling timely identification of potential problems and prompt managerial response to changes in internal and external environments. Each indicator is briefly described, and critical values are provided that may serve as a basis for management intervention. The paper substantiates directions for implementing management policy, taking into account current threats and digitalization opportunities. Practical recommendations are offered for building an effective management model for the development of a telecommunications enterprise.
