Collaborative Professional Cultivation in the Digital Economy: An Evolutionary Game Theory Approach

With the continuous development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the transformation of the digital economy has become a significant challenge across various sectors. This paper employs evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation analysis to explore the decision-making behaviors of government, enterprises, and universities in collaborative education within the digital economy sector. The study reveals that the government's willingness to participate and its subsidy policies significantly influence the enthusiasm of enterprises and universities. By constructing a payment matrix for the three parties involved, the paper analyzes the returns under different strategies and validates the model's rationality through numerical simulations. The results indicate that the certainty of government decisions and increased subsidies can effectively enhance the willingness of enterprises and universities to participate, while the cost-sharing ratio is a critical variable affecting participation decisions. This paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the collaborative cultivation of talent in the digital economy.
