In Reply We thank Dr Wald for his thoughtful letter regarding our recent cost-effectiveness analysis of the Southern Community Cohort Study Polypill Trial.1 We are encouraged to see engagement with our analysis and share Dr Wald’s enthusiasm for the potential of the cardiovascular polypill.
