High-speed three-dimensional measurement based on compressive imaging technique and binary defocus fringe project method
This paper presents an innovative approach to three-dimensional measurement using Fringe Projection Profilometry, addressing the limitations of conventional methods in terms of speed and accuracy. By integrating compressed imaging technology with binary defocus fringe projection techniques, the proposed method encodes information from two sets of fringe patterns with different frequencies into two long-exposure images. High-quality fringe information is reconstructed through post-processing algorithms, and the continuous phase is calculated using a dual-frequency extrapolation method to obtain 3D profile information. The experimental setup, comprising a Digital Light Processingprojector, a Digital Micromirror Device, a signal generator, and a CCD detector, demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. Results show accurate 3D reconstruction of both flat and complex-shaped objects, highlighting the potential of this approach in advanced intelligent manufacturing and cultural artifact digitization.
