Research on the global status and development of the application of intelligent automation in the field of business management based on bibliometrics visualization map analysis

This study systematically analyzes the global status and development trend of the application of automation technology in the field of business administration, and uses bibliometric methods combined with visualization tools ( CiteSpace ) to collate and present literature data in related fields from 2020 to March 2025. The research shows that the application of automation technology in business management shows a significant growth trend, especially in the fields of automated audit, intelligent supply chain management and data-driven decision optimization, which promotes the improvement of enterprise management efficiency and cost saving. Although rapid progress has been made in the reconstruction of automation process, the construction of intelligent decision support system and interdisciplinary collaborative platform, there are still gaps in the evaluation of the full implementation effect of automation technology, the lack of adaptability research in complex business management scenarios, the lack of algorithm transparency and the urgent need to solve data security risks. Future research should focus on regulatory frameworks and ethical norms, build a governance system that takes into account efficiency and privacy protection, and provide systematic guidance for the innovation and practice of global business management.
