THE EFFECT OF ALLOYING ELEMENTS ON THE RESISTANCE TO THE FORMATION OF COLD CRACKS IN MEDIUM-ALLOY STEELS UNDER MULTILAYER WELDING CONDITIONS
The analysis of the influence alloying elements on the processes of partial tempering martensite in the studied freshly tempered steels in relation to the conditions of multilayer welding is performed. The possibility of the influence some processes occurring at the initial stages of martensite tempering on the change in the resistance of the studied steels to the formation cold cracks in various tempering temperature ranges is considered.
