DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF A TWO-CYLINDER PISTON COMPRESSOR WITH A PLANETARY ACTUATOR ABSTRACT
Piston compressors are widely used in various industries: chemical, oil and gas, medical, food and many others. One of the urgent tasks is to improve the efficiency of such devices, including through the development of promising actuators that implement the reciprocating motion of the working element. The paper considers the problem of dynamic analysis of a two-cylinder piston compressor with a new reciprocating motion planetary mechanism. A dynamic model of the device is constructed by reducing forces, masses and moments to the initial link (input shaft of the actuator). The model is studied using the energy-mass method, as a result of which the required driving moment is calculated, the law of motion of the input shaft is found and the unevenness of its rotation is estimated, and the moment of inertia of the flywheel is determined.
