Research on the Optimization of the Follow-Up Visit Mechanism for Family Cases from the Perspective of Judicial Social Work—Taking the Family and Juvenile Trial Court of L City as a Sample

在经济发展和社会转型的推动下，家庭结构与生活观念发生了深刻的变化，家事及少年案件愈发增多，家事案件的司法处理成为广大社会的关注焦点，为此，本文以L市家事少年审判法院为样本，通过访谈和样本分析的方法对L市家事少年审判法院移交市团委司法社会工作站的家事案件回访情况展开研究，研究发现现行家事案件回访机制存在回访针对性弱、回访方式单一、多部门协作不畅、专业人才不足等问题，基于此，本文从司法社会工作视角出发，认为可通过构建分类分层回访体系、创新回访方式、强化多部门协作、扩充专业人才队伍等策略进一步优化现行家事案件回访机制，以提高家事案件回访的科学性、客观性和人文性，促进家事纠纷的实质性化解，维护家庭与社会的和谐稳定。Driven by economic development and social transformation, profound changes have taken place in family structures and lifestyle concepts, leading to an increasing number of family and juvenile cases. The judicial handling of family cases has become a focal point of societal attention. Taking the Family and Juvenile Trial Court of L City as a sample, this paper studies the follow-up visits of family cases transferred by the court to the judicial social work station of the Municipal Youth League through interviews and sample analysis. The study finds that the current follow-up visit mechanism for family cases has problems such as weak pertinence, single follow-up method, poor multi-department collaboration, and insufficient professional talent. Based on this, from the perspective of judicial social work, this paper argues that the current follow-up visit mechanism for family cases can be further optimized by constructing a classified and stratified follow-up system, innovating follow-up methods, strengthening multi-department collaboration, and expanding professional talent teams, so as to improve the scientificity, objectivity, and humanism of follow-up visits for family cases, promote the substantive resolution of family disputes, and maintain family and social harmony and stability.
