Testing a new approach for suppressing tomato pests

AbstractBiorational modules comprised of natural ingredients like common salt, baking soda, acetic acid and neem oil alongwith additional single application of synthetic pesticide (Chlorfenapyr) exhibited further improved performance. The module components worked effectively to suppress population build up and damage. It was cost-effective and safe for the beneficial fauna found in tomato ecosystem.
