Paramedian open approach for gluteal biopolymers removal: a case series of 35 patients

This technique represents a safe alternative for the removal of biopolymers via an open approach in the gluteal area for patients with mild to moderate involvement. Although it is not a complication-free procedure, it yields favorable aesthetic outcomes, and the reported complications were effectively managed without requiring further interventions.
