Research on Criteria and Evaluation System for the Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Finance and Economics Colleges and Universities

为贯彻落实《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》精神，实现高等教育立德树人根本任务，推动课程思政理念形成广泛共识，本文基于CIPP模型理论框架并整合专家访谈与政策文件构建财经类高校课程思政评价体系。该体系通过组织制度、实施过程、成果效益三个一级指标及其细化的二、三级指标，旨在全面、系统地评估课程思政建设的质量与效果，并为财经类高校推进课程思政建设提供科学化的评价工具。In order to implement the spirit of the Guiding Outline for the Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Colleges and Universities, realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people in higher education, and promote the formation of a broad consensus on the concept of curriculum ideology and politics, this paper constructs an ideological and political evaluation system for courses in finance and economics colleges based on the theoretical framework of CIPP model and the integration of expert interviews and policy documents. The system aims to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the quality and effect of course ideological and political construction through the three first-level indicators of organizational system, implementation process, achievement and benefit, and the detailed second- and third-level indicators, and provide a scientific evaluation tool for financial colleges and universities to promote course ideological and political construction.
