Quality evaluation system for rural tourism public services based on structural equation model and AMOS

In response to the existing problems of inadequate infrastructure, poor information flow, insufficient security guarantees, and lack of scientific and systematic evaluation methods in rural tourism public service quality, an evaluation system combining support vector machine and structural equation model is proposed. The system first verifies the data through Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin coefficients. The structural equation model is applied to clarify the relationships and weights between various service elements. The SVM is taken to handle nonlinear problems, improving the evaluation accuracy. Finally, the model is accurately evaluated and validated through analysis of moment structures. When the iteration number was 150, the accuracy was 94.36% and the loss was 0.082. Compared with traditional structural equation models and support vector machines, the accuracy was improved by 10.78% and 6.61%, and the loss was reduced by 42.66% and 30.51%, respectively. Through the analysis of importance performance, the key areas that need to be maintained, improved, and prioritized have been identified, providing specific directions for the improvement of rural tourism public service quality. This reseacrh helps managers identify and improve key areas of service quality, promoting the development of rural tourism.
