Anxiety Management in a Christian Perspective: The Implications of CBT and Biblical Principles in Mental Health
This study analyzes anxiety management with a holistic approach, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and biblical principles for mental and spiritual resilience. Qualitative studies are conducted through the analysis of literature, Christian theological doctrine, and interviews with church leaders and counselors. The results show that CBT and biblical values support each other in the management of thoughts and emotions, with techniques such as cognitive restructuring reinforced by the principle of faith. The Church plays a role in spiritual formation through pastoral guidance and prayer groups. The conclusion confirms that the combination of CBT and Bible teachings is effective in overcoming anxiety as well as deepening an individual's faith.
